The boutique difference
Why Cap City exists.
Texas's biggest personal-injury firms run on volume: thousands of open files, a case manager sitting between you and the lawyer, and a settlement queue that rewards closing fast. Cap City is built the other way, a two-attorney Austin firm that keeps its caseload deliberately small, so the attorney you hire is the attorney who works your file and returns your calls, from intake through resolution.
That structure is also what protects the value of your case. Insurers price a claim partly on whether the firm across the table will actually file suit, so we build every case as though it will be tried. There is no fee unless we win, and the firm fronts the case expenses. Austin-based, serving all of Texas.

Personal
One client, one attorney.
No case-manager middleman. The lawyer handling your case is the lawyer you call.
Aggressive
Built for the courthouse.
We file. Insurers know which firms try cases and which settle cheap; be on the side that has leverage.
Selective
Fewer cases. Better attention.
We turn down cases where we can't add real value, so the ones we take get the time they deserve.
